Inspection Comments | SPOKE WITH JO THOMAS THE OWNER AND SHE EXPLAINED THAT NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE BUILDING SO THE STAFF DID NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL WHEN I ARRIVED. SINCE I ARRIVED AT LUNCH TIME IT IS POSSIBLE THE CHILDREN DID NOT HAVE THEIR MASKS ON BECAUSE THEY WERE ABOUT TO EAT. SHE ALSO SAID SHE HAS GONE OVER THE MASK WEARING POLICY WITH THE STAFF AGAIN. THE DAY CARE DID SUBMIT A PLAN TO ILLINOIS DCFS WITH THEIR POLICIES IN ORDER TO REMAIN OPEN. |
